  • 1 to 2 shots espresso
  • ~200 ml steamed milk
  • Thin foam layer

  1. Pull your shots into a tall glass or large cup.

  2. Steam milk to a glossy, slightly foamy texture.

  3. Pour steadily, holding back the foam until the last moment for a thin cap.
