Ingredients
- 2 ristretto shots (≈40 ml)
- 120 ml whole milk
Method
- Pull a double ristretto into the cup.
- Steam milk to a paint-like microfoam, no large bubbles.
- Pour from low to integrate, then raise to finish with a thin (~5 mm) foam layer.
