Ingredients

  • 2 ristretto shots (≈40 ml)
  • 120 ml whole milk

Method

  1. Pull a double ristretto into the cup.
  2. Steam milk to a paint-like microfoam, no large bubbles.
  3. Pour from low to integrate, then raise to finish with a thin (~5 mm) foam layer.
Barista tip

The hallmark is a thin, glossy foam — flatter than a latte or cappuccino.
