- 1 double shot espresso
- ~60 ml steamed milk
- ~60 ml milk foam
Method
- Pull a double shot into a cappuccino cup.
- Steam milk with more air for a thick, velvety foam.
- Pour the milk and spoon a generous foam cap on top.
Barista tip
Dust with cocoa or cinnamon if you like. Aim for equal thirds.
