Ingredients

  • 1 double shot espresso
  • ~60 ml steamed milk
  • ~60 ml milk foam

Method

  1. Pull a double shot into a cappuccino cup.
  2. Steam milk with more air for a thick, velvety foam.
  3. Pour the milk and spoon a generous foam cap on top.
Barista tip

Dust with cocoa or cinnamon if you like. Aim for equal thirds.
