• Corrections, tell us the ingredient and the weight you believe is right, and where you've seen that figure. Accuracy matters to us, so we follow these up.
• Missing ingredients, name the ingredient (and a brand or type if it's specific) and we'll look at adding it.
• Bugs or display problems, let us know the page, your device and browser, and what went wrong.

A note on accuracy

Our conversions use standard density values, but real-world weights vary with brand, humidity and how an ingredient is packed. For precise baking we always recommend a kitchen scale. If something doesn't match your experience, tell us, that feedback is how the site gets better.
