Ingredients
- 15 ml vanilla syrup
- ~200 ml steamed milk
- 2 shots espresso
- Caramel sauce
Method
- Stir the vanilla syrup into the bottom of a tall glass.
- Add the steamed milk and a layer of foam.
- Pour the espresso through the foam so it “marks” the milk.
- Finish with a crosshatch of caramel sauce on top.
Barista tip
Pouring the shots last gives the signature espresso “stain” on the foam.
