Ingredients
- 1–2 shots espresso
- 20–30 g dark chocolate or 2 tbsp cocoa
- ~180 ml steamed milk
Method
- Melt the chocolate (or whisk cocoa) into the hot espresso until smooth.
- Steam the milk to a velvety texture.
- Pour the milk in and finish with foam — and whipped cream if you like.

Use real dark chocolate for a richer, less-sweet mocha.
