How to make a Matcha Latte
Whisked green tea and steamed milk — no coffee needed.

Ingredients
- 2 g (1 tsp) ceremonial matcha
- 60 ml hot water (~80 °C)
- 200 ml steamed milk
- Honey to taste
Method
- Sift the matcha into a bowl to remove lumps.
- Add the hot water and whisk in a zig-zag until frothy.
- Steam the milk, sweeten with honey, and pour the matcha in.

Use water below boiling — boiling water makes matcha bitter.
