Ingredients

  • 1–2 scoops vanilla ice cream or gelato
  • 1 hot shot of espresso

Method

  1. Put the ice cream in a chilled glass or bowl.
  2. Pull a hot shot of espresso.
  3. Pour the espresso over the ice cream and serve immediately.
