  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 200 ml milk
  • 30 ml cream

  1. Whisk the cocoa and sugar with a splash of milk into a smooth paste.

  2. Warm the rest of the milk and cream, then whisk it in.

  3. Heat gently until steaming (don’t boil) and serve.
