- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 200 ml milk
- 30 ml cream
Method
- Whisk the cocoa and sugar with a splash of milk into a smooth paste.
- Warm the rest of the milk and cream, then whisk it in.
- Heat gently until steaming (don’t boil) and serve.

Add a pinch of salt and a little dark chocolate for a grown-up version.
