Ingredients
- 2 shots espresso or 150 ml strong brewed coffee
- A glass of ice
- 60–120 ml milk
- Syrup to taste (optional)
Method
- Brew your coffee strong and let it cool slightly (or pour hot over plenty of ice).
- Fill a tall glass with ice and add any syrup.
- Pour in the coffee, then top with milk and stir.
Barista tip
Brew a little stronger than usual — the ice will dilute it as it melts.
