- 18 g coffee, ground slightly coarser
- Filtered water at ~93 °C
Method
- Dose and tamp, grinding a little coarser than espresso.
- Let the shot run long — about 60 g out over 35–45 seconds.
- Expect a lighter body with more aromatics (and a little more bitterness).
