- 18–20 g finely-ground coffee
- Filtered water at ~93 °C
Method
- Dose 18–20 g into a double basket and tamp level.
- Pull until you have roughly 40 g in the cup, in 25–30 seconds.
- Serve straight up in a warmed demitasse.
