Ingredients

  • 18–20 g finely-ground coffee
  • Filtered water at ~93 °C

Method

  1. Dose 18–20 g into a double basket and tamp level.
  2. Pull until you have roughly 40 g in the cup, in 25–30 seconds.
  3. Serve straight up in a warmed demitasse.
