How to use this chart

Every air fryer runs a little differently: small baskets run hot, big drawer models can run slow. Treat these times as a reliable starting point, check a few minutes early the first time, and always cook meat to a safe internal temperature (74°C / 165°F for chicken). Keep food in a single layer, and shake or flip halfway unless the notes say otherwise.

Converting your own oven recipe instead? Drop the temperature by about 20°C (25°F) and cut the time by 20%. Our oven to air fryer calculator does the math for any setting.
